All of the below relates to all lessons taken including packages.

Learners must be of legal age to drive and produce a valid UK provisional Category B driving licence.

For Motorway, Pass Plus or Refresher lessons a full valid licence must be produced.

Learners must meet the minimum eye test requirements. If glasses or contact lenses are worn in order to meet this requirement then they must be worn at all times when driving. You will be asked about this prior to your driving lessons.

Learners must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol when taking lessons. Any prescribed medication or medical condition that may affect driving must be declared to the instructor and to the DVLA medical board.

Lessons are only given to the person named on the booking form. Lessons cannot be shared and learner’s family members or friends are not permitted to take part in the lesson.

Each lesson will begin when the learner enters the car provided that the learner enters the car at the arranged/pre-booked time.

When a lesson has been arranged for a particular time and place the instructor will not change this meeting.

If the learner is not present at the arranged meeting point the instructor will wait for 15 minutes, during which time the instructor will attempt to contact the learner. After this period, and if no contact has been made, the instructor will leave and the learner charged for the lesson.

Where the instructor may arrive slightly late for a lesson due to circumstances beyond his/her control, the instructor will make efforts to extend the finish time off the lesson by the same amount of time or add the time on to the following lesson.

Lessons can also be cancelled by the instructor due to unforeseen circumstances such as heavy traffic. If this is the case the instructor will notify you as soon as possible.

If the learner wishes to cancel or rearrange a lesson then 48 hours notice is required, otherwise, the learner will be charged for the period booked.

If the learner fails to attend a lesson at the time stated they will be charged for the lesson.

All learners need to have a confirmation of lessons booked.

All learners are expected to pay for the next lesson in advance, if a lesson is not paid in advance the instructor is not obligated to give you further lessons.

All packages bought need to be paid upfront on the first lesson in full.

Prices of lessons and packages can be changed at any time. The instructor is not obligated to give you any period of notice.

All lessons that are prepaid are valid for up to two months. Any lessons unused after this time cannot be used and are not refunded.

The learner will also be charged for using the instructors car on the test. This price can be found on the website.

The learner can only use the instructor’s car on the test if the instructor is fully satisfied the learners driving skills are up to standard. If this is the case the learner may be asked to take more lessons and the learner should be prepared for this.

By taking lessons with us the learner agrees to pay the costs for any penalty charge notices or any other traffic violations they may occur during their lesson and any other costs which may occur during their driving tests and lessons.
